What products does Deelivo sell?

Deelivo focuses on bedding and bedroom comfort products, including comforter sets, plush bedding, velvet-inspired styles, waffle textures, jacquard looks, stripe designs, floral and botanical patterns, and related bedroom essentials.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Eligible orders receive free shipping under the shipping options shown at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, and estimated transit time is 2-4 business days after fulfillment.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

No. We do not support no-reason returns, buyer remorse returns, or change-of-mind returns. Returns are limited to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items reported within 30 days of delivery.
