Payment Policy

Deelivo accepts secure online payments for orders placed through https://deelivo.shop. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed, packed, or shipped.

About Credit/Debit Card payments are supported. Accepted card brands may include:

Authorization and Verification

When an order is placed, the payment provider may authorize, capture, review, or decline the transaction. We may request additional verification or cancel an order if payment appears unauthorized, incomplete, high risk, inconsistent with billing information, or flagged by fraud-prevention tools.

Billing Information

Customers must provide accurate billing details, contact information, and payment information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if the billing address, cardholder information, payment status, or customer details cannot be verified.

Payment Security

Payment information is handled through secure payment providers and Shopify-supported checkout systems. We do not store full card numbers on our own local systems. Customers should protect account passwords, card details, and checkout information from unauthorized use.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, expired, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, the order may not be processed. Customers should contact their bank or card issuer for details about declined payments, authorization holds, currency conversion, or card restrictions.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, and customer financial institution.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Deelivo first so we can review the order, payment, shipping, or refund record. Chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes may delay order support while the payment provider reviews the claim.
